Press Shop

Our Press Shop is equipped with high-performance mechanical and hydraulic power presses for precision sheet metal operations, including blanking, punching, bending, forming, and deep drawing. The unit is supported by:
  • Precision dies and tooling systems
  • CNC-controlled sheet processing equipment
  • Measuring instruments for dimensional accuracy
  • In-house fabrication and welding setup
This ensures structural strength, uniformity, and consistency in metal speaker components.

Injection Moulding Unit

Our Injection Moulding facility is equipped with modern injection moulding machines capable of producing high-precision plastic components with consistent wall thickness and structural durability. The unit features:
  • Computer-controlled moulding machines
  • Temperature-controlled material handling systems
  • High-quality moulds for accurate repeat production
  • Strict quality inspection for dimensional stability
This enables us to manufacture durable and acoustically optimized plastic parts for various PA Speaker models.

Wooden Shop

The Wooden Shop is dedicated to manufacturing acoustically engineered speaker enclosures and cabinets. It includes:
  • Panel cutting and table saw machines
  • Edge banding machines
  • Precision drilling and routing equipment
  • Surface finishing and polishing setup
Each cabinet is designed to enhance sound resonance, reduce vibration, and ensure long-term structural durability.

Powder Coating Unit

Our in-house Powder Coating facility enhances product durability and corrosion resistance. The unit includes:

  • Pre-treatment tanks for surface preparation
  • Electrostatic powder coating guns
  • Controlled curing ovens
  • Thickness and adhesion testing equipment

This process ensures superior surface finish, uniform coating thickness, and long-lasting protection.

Assembly Section

Testing & Quality Assurance Section

  • Separate Anechoic Chamber
  • Load and performance testing equipment
  • Final inspection and quality assurance protocols

Each PA Speaker is tested to ensure sound clarity, accurate frequency response, proper power handling capability, and long-term durability.
